Couch and Carpet were very dirty. There was no rod to hang our clothes. Next day no one came to clean our room.

Worst hotel ever.
Worst hotel ever. System down upon check in. No room service. 3 consecutive days without housekeeping. No dry clean services. 1 full day to source 1 ironing machine. Room reserved for 2 persons and a child, found it prepared for 1 person. Water is cold. Reception people complaining to customers about hotel management. Every shift throwing responsibilities to the other shift. No enough parking for residents, advised to park outside in the street. Its not a hotel, maximum could be called furnished apartments. Worst hotel experience ever.

Good Location. neat and clean, staff at the reception cooperative
No bell boy. Television in the sitting area was fixed on the side wall and sitting was on the side at 90 degree angle, so can not watch it at all. Choice of tv channels were very limited. The air conditioning in the sitting area was very bad. Dinning hall was closed for repair. It was served in the room after many reminders. The food quantity was limited with no serving plates or spoons. No drinks were served with it and I have to ask about it, and then we get only cold water.
